Exhibitions, Roadshows, Conferences and Bespoke Events - across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire

An exhibition provides a unique opportunity in that you have a multitude of visitors on your stand all interested in your product or service.  It gives a fantastic opportunity to launch new products, announce new strategic alliances and actually enhance sales.  To do this though careful planning is required sometime before the event.  It is important to have a central person responsible for overall project management of the exhibition.  That person needs to have an understanding of all the marketing functions so that it integrates well and the maximum amount of exposure is gained.  I have managed in excess of 20 exhibitions - maybe I could be that person?

 Case Study - Kyoto Conference Centre Japan

I have lost count of the conferences and exhibitions that I have organised they have taken place in countries including: America, Australia, Netherlands, Singapore, Canada not to mention the UK.  The one that took place in Japan was probably the most memorable and complex to complete due the language barriers and cultural differences of our two countries. This VIP customer relationship event and the exhibition management had many elements:


Hospitality at the Azekura 17th Century Sake Warehouse, Japan

  • Managing marketing companies including the Japanese Tourist Board.
  • Organising the transportation of 250 guests from the conference centre.
  • Acting as a host for the event creating networking opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all guests received a corporate gift pack at the end of the visit. 
  • Liaising with local photographer, photographs were distributed to  all guests.


Exhibition Support 

  • Providing stand management at the exhibition.
  • Ensuring that all suppliers were providing the best service.
  • Handling customer enquiries and all future marketing and follow up.
  • Providing business support services for the attending directors.
